The BOOMM Brief

The client was looking to make use of some vacant unit space in the mall over the Christmas period.

The BOV (BOOMM of View)

While brands were recovering from covid there was still a reluctance for occupiers to take long-term leases, this resulted in more voids on the high street and in shopping malls. We knew this would not be an ongoing problem, but the client needed activation for this specific prominent space to provide guests with an increased offering while at the same time attracting a rent for the space.

BOOMM created the Princes Square Collective which was a carefully curated selection of makers and creators in one unique space.

The Ultimate BOOMM

The Collective ran for just under 12 weeks and was a fantastic success. BOOMM sourced the creators, managed the set-up and ensured the selection complimented the Princes Square brand. We also received some fantastic press coverage and the store looked pretty fantastic too!
