Our client was looking to have something different in their luxurious shopping and dining destination to complement their already wonderful Christmas offering.
The BOV (BOOMM of View)
After researching many ideas, we presented Elf School to the client. This involved dropping kids off between the ages 4-10 for 2 hours and afterwards will graduate as a Christmas elf. The service cost £25 per child and the adults can spend time in the centre, shopping, dining or socialising while their little one is having a wonderful, festive time!
We delivered this project from concept design to execution, which not only included the running of the event but we also provided the decor, sourced and managed the entertainer and created all print and production elements.
The Ultimate BOOMM
This campaign was so successful that we are instructed to run this again and triple the number of sessions we provided vs 2021!
The client not only saw an increase in dwell time, but retailers could attribute spend uplifts during these times.
We received fantastic press coverage and fantastic customer feedback.
